About us
With more than 20 years in hotel sales and revenue management, I have seen the industry from every side: from OTAs and tour operators to luxury resorts and large hotel groups.
In 2024 I founded SV Hospitality to bring this know-how to independent hotels. Today we are a team of experienced executives covering sales, revenue, marketing and operations, with the same personal approach.
We don’t apply off-the-shelf solutions. We become an extension of your team, not a replacement.

SV Hospitality is an outsourced hotel support company based in Kifisia, Athens. It provides sales, revenue management, marketing and operations for independent and boutique hotels in Greece, working as an external team of experienced hospitality executives with one person accountable for the whole engagement.
It means handing pricing, availability and distribution management to an external team of specialists. The hotel gets the know-how of a large hotel group without hiring its own revenue manager.
Yes. Our services are split into sales & revenue management, marketing and operations, with ongoing support. You can choose the full package or only the area your hotel needs.
Sales and revenue management are fully up and running within 2–3 weeks. The first month is for discovery and assessment; in months 2–3 we set up the pricing policy, org charts and SOPs; from month 4 management runs on a steady basis.
Yes. SV Hospitality’s marketing department covers strategy and positioning, branding and design, social media, photography and video, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok campaigns, plus website, SEO and analytics. It works together with the sales team, so marketing brings direct bookings.
No. We work as an extension of your team. Final decisions on rates, hiring and contracts stay with the hotel’s management.
All of Greece, from city hotels in Athens to resorts and boutique hotels on the islands and the mainland.
Yes. For seasonal hotels and resorts we plan tour operator contracts, early booking and pricing by period before the season starts, and we organise staffing and staff training before opening.
No. We always manage distribution as a whole: Booking.com, Expedia and every other channel, together with the channel manager, booking engine and rate parity. Each channel’s performance depends on pricing and on the balance between channels, so we don’t manage them in isolation.
Changes to pricing and OTAs are in place within the first 2–3 weeks. Revenue growth builds through the season, and in the first year of working together RevPAR typically grows by 15–20%.
RevPAR (Revenue per Available Room) is room revenue per available room. It is calculated by dividing room revenue by the number of available rooms, or by multiplying the average daily rate (ADR) by occupancy. It is the key metric for comparing a hotel’s performance with its competitors.
Fees combine a monthly fee, based on the size of the hotel and the services you choose, with a performance bonus when we beat the revenue target we set together. Partnerships run for 12 months. We always start with a free assessment and a written proposal, so you know what will change before you commit.
